Shipping Policy
All UK orders are shipped for FREE via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day delivery) to ensure a fast, reliable, and trackable service. If your order is placed before 3pm, we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. Please note that some factors, such as ring sizing or requested alterations, may affect dispatch times.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the first working day of the following week, usually a Monday, or Tuesday if following a bank holiday.
For worldwide delivery, any applicable import duties are the buyer's responsibility. To determine if such charges apply to you, please contact your local customs authority or ask us for further information. International deliveries typically take between 5-15 days, but times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
